Khurshida's entrepreneurial spirit found its home in 2020, amidst the vibrant landscapes of Parbatipur. What started as a focused initiative to preserve traditional handicrafts has blossomed into a sophisticated export house that empowers hundreds of women through skilled artistry.
Beyond the factory walls, Khurshida has built a legacy of hands-on mentorship. Having personally trained her first cohort of 50 artisans, she now oversees a multi-sector operation that spans across villages. Under her guidance, T BRAND BD has become a symbol of how ethical production and premium design can move forward hand-in-hand.
